Job Summary

Own the brand’s hands‑on launch ops and content production, from shoots and fit feedback to creator partnerships and public presence.

  • Executive & Operations: keep calendars, drive launch timelines, and move tasks across founders and vendors.
  • Brand & Content: support social content, storytelling, and campaign execution with a camera‑confident, creator‑friendly approach.
  • Fit Modeling & Product Feedback: model and evaluate fit and presentation to inform marketing and product visuals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Operations Support: Manage schedules, organize tasks, coordinate vendors, handle follow-ups, track samples, support launch timelines, and keep the team moving.
  • Brand & Content Support: Assist with social content, behind-the-scenes footage, product storytelling, creator/influencer coordination, customer-facing communication, and campaign execution.
  • Fit Modeling & Product Feedback: Model women’s athletic wear for internal fit reviews, product photos, short-form content, and brand marketing. Provide feedback on fit, comfort, movement, styling, and overall product presentation.
  • Photoshoots & Launch Prep: Help coordinate shoot days, organize outfits/samples, capture iPhone content, support styling, and assist with launch-related creative needs.
  • Customer & Community Presence: Represent the brand in a professional, warm, and energetic way across select content, events, creator relationships, and customer interactions.
  • Social Media Sales & Brand Growth: For candidates with an existing social media audience, there may be an opportunity to promote approved brand content and products through personal social channels. Sales generated through your social media presence may be eligible for additional commission compensation, in addition to base salary.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability
  • Ability to work closely with founders and move quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable modeling women’s athletic apparel for internal and marketing use
  • Willingness to sign a standard confidentiality agreement and content/model release for - approved brand usage
  • Located in or able to reliably commute to Temecula occasionally

Preferred

  • Existing social media following is not required, but strong advantage, especially for candidates who already create content related to fitness, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or activewear.
  • Professional modeling experience is not required, but comfort on camera is important.
