Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital
• Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives
• Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections
• Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence
• Share insights from your own journey (wins, mistakes, patterns)
• Support founders through active fundraising cycles on the platform
• Refer new founders into Initio Raise as you encounter them

Requirements

• Founders who have raised venture capital successfully
• Operators who’ve gone through Series A+ or meaningful fundraising cycles
• Experienced builders who enjoy mentoring and pattern recognition
• Individuals who want to stay close to the ecosystem without full-time operating pressure
• Firsthand experience raising capital (pre-seed growth)
• Strong understanding of investor psychology and fundraising dynamics
• Ability to give clear, direct, and actionable feedback
• High-context communicator with founder empathy
• Credibility with early-stage founders

• Optional pathway into Venture Partner (for those who want to operate raises)
• Desire to stay embedded in venture without full-time operating pressure
