Job Summary

Own end-to-end fundraising campaigns, from planning to donor acknowledgment, while stewarding donor relationships and analyzing results to uncover growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of fundraising campaigns from start to finish—including managing time-lines, creative production, direct mailings, and the acknowledgment process—to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly.
  • Design engaging marketing and educational materials to train internal staff on giving levels, campaign strategies, and effective donor solicitation.
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting donor relationships by executing thoughtful appreciation and recognition initiatives, building deep community trust and confidence in our mission.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the success of our solicitation efforts and identify new opportunities for fundraising growth.

Requirements

  • Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Fund Administrator experience preferred
  • Google Apps & Scripts experience is a plus
  • Non-Profit Foundation experience preferred
