Responsibilities

• Transport event equipment to and from local event locations
• Set up and break down event activations (tents, tables, signage, etc.)
• Serve as the on-site lead for events, often working independently
• Engage with attendees and create a positive, high-energy environment
• Represent the brand at fitness and wellness community events
• Participate in partnered community events as a brand ambassador (5K run/walks, Yoga in the Park, etc...)
• Capture light photo/video content for social media (as needed)
• Assist with occasional outreach, marketing, or administrative tasks

Requirements

• Must be 21+ (some events take place at 21+ venues)
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting event equipment (pop-up tent, boxes, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
• Weekend availability for events (typically 1–4 per month, scheduled in advance)
• Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach

• Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Enjoys being active and involved in fitness/wellness environments

• Comfortable representing a brand in public-facing settings
