Job Summary

Own Act-On based industry GTM with a focus on financial services by building blueprints, solution packs and sales enablement that tie to campaigns and sales motion.

  • Own AF: Act-On blueprinting, packs, and content to drive campaigns and sales enablement for financial services.
  • Market alignment: Produce market requirements docs to guide product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Lifecycle enablement: Create lifecycle marketing templates and implementation resources for white-glove delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an Act-On Subject Matter Expert: Though your experience and learning more about key industries, you will serve as an expert resource for Act-On
  • Develop Industry Blueprints: Build comprehensive blueprints defining industry-specific pain points, needs, value propositions, and core messaging frameworks to align go-to-market execution.
  • Create and Manage Solution Packs: Define, develop and launch industry specific solution packs that sit on top of the Act-On platform and add additional value through templates, reports, configuration, integrations
  • Curate Compelling Content: Develop industry specific content for use in PR, marketing campaigns and sales efforts including: thought leadership assets, eBooks, solution sheets, and sales enablement materials.
  • Identify Market Requirements: Conduct market research and build industry specific market requirements documents to serve as guiding resource for product development, marketing and customer success.
  • Build Sales Enablement and Implementation Resources: Define or outline templates for Lifecycle Marketing for Financial Services that can be used by the outcome managers to provide a white glove implementation service
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience marketing financial services products in a demand generation or product marketing roles
  • A background in marketing software products (in addition to financial services experience) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience designing collaborative outbound/inbound programs with sales and BDR organizations.
  • Exceptional written storytelling capabilities and analytical skills to assess solution performance against sourced-pipeline targets.
  • Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude.
  • Marketing Automation platforms such as Act-On, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
  • Salesforce—strong alignment on revenue attribution, lead management tracking, and sales analytics pipelines
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and vertical-focused demand mechanics
