Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing and experiential marketing initiatives in the Miami area (at events, pop-ups, local gyms, courts, and wellness spaces).
• Spark excitement handing out product samples, demos, and hands-on brand experiences.
• Talk to athletes, peers, and local influencers one-on-one.
• Collect organic content (photos, videos, reactions) to fuel social & community channels.
• Support setup, logistics, and smooth execution of local activations.
• Track activation performance and report learnings to inform future marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 🚗 Has a valid driver’s license + access to a car (to commute to events)
• 🇪🇸 Speaks Spanish and 🇺🇸 English
• 🗣️ Enjoys event-style work and share product stories with people.
• 💪🏼 Can lift 25lbs of weight
• 🤝 Wants real marketing exposure and ownership (also learn directly from people who worked at Tiktok, the former CEO of Equinox, and the smartest business leaders)
• 📍 Is local to Miami and excited about fitness, culture, and community

Preferred

• Active in local clubs, sports teams, or wellness communities
• Social media savvy with creative content instincts
