Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Placing branded marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) in assigned neighborhoods
  • Distributing door hangers in designated territories
  • Following mapped routes and production quotas
  • Logging completed placements in our tracking app
  • Representing a fast-growing local brand professionally
  • You will be assigned specific neighborhoods and production targets — but you choose when you complete the work (within guidelines)
  • Door hangers must be placed between 9 AM and 5 PM
  • Marketing signage (e.g., yard signs) may be placed anytime that is safe and convenient

Requirements

  • Must be 18+
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check
  • Smartphone capable of running our tracking app
  • Comfortable driving different routes throughout Middle Tennessee
  • Comfortable working independently outdoors

Preferred

  • College students
  • Former athletes who enjoy goal-based work
  • Uber / DoorDash drivers looking for higher ROI per hour
  • Self-motivated individuals who don’t need supervision
