Own field marketing outreach to homeowners by building relationships, scheduling estimates for the sales team, and representing the company in the community.

Learn and apply proven marketing and sales techniques through hands-on coaching

Responsibilities

Connect with homeowners through neighborhood outreach and community events
Build relationships and schedule estimates for our sales team
Learn proven marketing and sales techniques through hands-on coaching
Represent Heiler Painting positively and professionally in the community

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
A positive, outgoing personality and an interest in meeting new people
Strong communication skills and comfort using basic technology
Energy and ability to remain active and work outdoors
Weekday availability with occasional weekend availability
Part-time applicants must be able to consistently work at least 20 hours per week in the field
