Own Costco floor conversations and appointment setup for home remodel inquiries with day one training and clear upside on closing in-home consultations.

In-store engagement: spark member conversations about renovation needs and qualify interest.
Appointment orchestration: schedule and coordinate free in-home consultations.
Performance incentives: weekly bonuses plus commission on each in-home appointment.

Responsibilities

Work inside a Costco on roadshows, start conversations with members about our home renovation projects and set up free in-home consultations.
We provide full training from day one, no prior sales experience required.
