Responsibilities

• Office pop-bys and in-person visits to realtor partners and referral sources
• Coordinate and deliver closing gifts, handwritten notes, and partner gifts — keep them stocked and ready to go
• Represent AFC at open houses, client events, and partner functions (some evenings/weekends)
• Help plan and run our events (investor dinners, client appreciation, partner mixers)
• Keep our realtor-partner relationships warm — track who we owe a touch, and make sure nobody falls off
• Handle in-person and local admin that can't be done remotely (drop-offs, pickups, errands, supplies)
• Log partner activity and touches in our CRM so the team has visibility

Requirements

• Local to the Fairfield County, CT area with a reliable car and clean license (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends for events
• Self-starter who can work independently out in the field
• Part-time to start (~20–25 hrs/week) with a clear path to full-time as you prove it out
