Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and supervise Brand Ambassadors
• Create accountability through daily performance tracking and KPI management
• Facilitate shadowing, observe pitch opportunities, and complete constructive pitch feedback forms.
• Build a high-energy, results-driven team culture
• Staff and coordinate canvassing routes and event schedules
• Motivate team members to consistently hit appointment and lead generation goals
• Generate Leads & Appointments
• Personally canvass neighborhoods and work events to generate qualified in-home sales appointments
• Confidently promote our products and services to homeowners

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing, canvassing, lead generation, or direct sales experience preferred
• 1+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred
• Experience in home improvement, retail marketing, events, or canvassing is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Must be comfortable driving company vehicles, trailers, and event equipment when needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for event setup and teardown
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred

• Experience in home improvement, retail marketing, events, or canvassing is a plus
