Job Summary

Own and optimize North America field marketing programs to accelerate pipeline through events, partnerships, and targeted account investments, combining strategy, execution, and measurement across field events and ecosystem opportunities.

  • Field strategy and ROI focus: allocate investments across events, activations, and programs to maximize pipeline impact.
  • End-to-end event execution: plan and run in-person experiences, vendor management, and on-site delivery that deepen relationships and drive velocity.
  • Sales partnership and measurement: align with Sales throughout the event lifecycle and maintain dashboards to track pipeline influence and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Field Marketing Strategy and Planning Develop and own the North America field marketing strategy across various opportunities (events, dinners, activations, partnerships, campaigns), identifying high-leverage accounts and moments where field programs can accelerate deals
  • Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate and prioritize ecosystem opportunities (industry conferences, partner programs, vertical communities) that drive pipeline impact and brand presence in key markets
  • Own account segmentation and field marketing investment allocation across North America, deciding where to place bets on events, activations, and programs for maximum ROI
  • Event and Program Execution Execute a comprehensive portfolio of in-person field marketing initiatives (e.g. executive dinners, customer panels, conferences, roadshows, curated VIP experiences, etc.) that drive pipeline velocity and deepen customer relationships
  • Manage end-to-end event execution: venue selection, vendor management, budget, invitations, registration, content, promotional materials, and on-site logistics with precision
  • Be on the ground at key activations across North America representing Sokin's brand, driving engagement, and building relationships with prospects and customers
  • Sales Partnerships and Measurement Collaborate with Sales and BDEs/SDRs throughout the event lifecycle—pre-event targeting, during-event engagement, post-event follow-up, ensuring timely conversion to qualified pipeline and execution within agreed SLAs
  • Own post-event operations: CRM data uploads, lead routing to Sales, follow-up triggers, and account follow-through
  • Build and maintain field marketing dashboards that track pipeline contribution, revenue influence, deal velocity, and event ROI; define success metrics and optimize based on data insights
