Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Maintain marketing materials, department records, and documentation
  • Coordinate event support and local marketing activities
  • Assist with new restaurant opening marketing initiatives
  • Process invoices, expenses, sponsorship requests, and vendor inquiries
  • Support menu, pricing, and marketing system updates
  • Maintain accurate reporting and department data
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing and operational projects
  • Help ensure timely execution of team priorities and initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting administrative, operational, or marketing-related activities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting marketing programs or events
  • Experience with invoice processing, vendor coordination, or budget tracking
  • Knowledge of marketing systems, reporting tools, or workflow platforms
  • Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations
  • Process improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments
