Job Summary

agency ownership: in-market engagement with agencies and customers to drive promotions, events, and rewards; face-to-face channel activation and field marketing execution; and rapid feedback loops to Marketing on market conditions and performance.

  • Agency and consumer engagement: own promotions and events at assigned locations to move transactions and improve profitability.
  • In-store activation and brand presence: ensure brand standards at agent sites and run promotional campaigns.
  • Market feedback loop: report market conditions, competitive pricing, and agency needs to Marketing and Sales to shape programs.

Job Description

Own in-market agency and consumer engagement to drive promotions and growth in the assigned territory, with hands-on ownership of events and promotional programs.

  • Responsibility: Engage with prospective and existing agencies, end customers and consumers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Field Execution: Grow the volume of transactions and increase profitability, visit ALL agents in assigned territory.
  • Brand Compliance: Dress agent locations according to brand standards.
  • Promotions Development: Participate in the development of promotional programs.
  • In-Store Activation: Actively engage with consumers at agents’ location, set up in-store promotional events and other marketing initiatives to promote the brand.
  • Event Marketing: Assist with marketing and promotional activities such as massive events, trade shows, grass root events, festivals, fairs, or parades.
  • Rewards & Training: Perform some activities related to our rewards program, training agencies, helping end customers to enroll, and promote the program.
  • Market Research Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Department in market research activities.
  • Market Signals: Communicate market conditions to the Marketing Department and the local Sales Team; report agency needs, monitor competitive pricing and exchange rates, collaborate with market research activities, report any relevant information about the industry.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review the production numbers daily and take action on declines or inconsistencies with regional trends or goals.
  • Requirements: Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Requirements: Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
  • Requirements: Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Requirements: Highly motivated team player with a strong desire for success
  • Requirements: Experience in the money transfer industry is a plus
