Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SAM.gov, GovWin, USASpending.gov, agency strategic plans, and procurement forecasts to identify and disposition opportunities — pursue, monitor, or pass
  • Qualify requirement-led opportunities against fit, vehicle, timeline, competitive landscape, and compliance posture

  • Source cultivated opportunities by monitoring agency signals — leadership transitions, modernization initiatives, budget language, industry day activity
  • Conduct initial agency outreach and early discovery on cultivated pursuits
  • Draft and submit RFI and Sources Sought responses across your portfolio
  • Maintain pipeline records in Salesforce in real time
  • Deliver a complete qualification summary at handoff to the Capture Intelligence Manager

  • Active, sophisticated user of AI tools — can speak concretely to how it has changed the way they work
  • Strong written communicator — clean outreach, qualification summaries, and documentation without heavy editing cycles
  • Federal experience is a plus, not a requirement — we will teach the environment to the right person
  • Based in the DC metro area or ready to be

Preferred

  • Federal experience is a plus, not a requirement — we will teach the environment to the right person
  • Active AI user — already applying it to research, outreach, and qualification workflows, not waiting to be trained
  • Writes and documents precisely — pipeline records and qualification summaries do not require interpretation
  • Self-directed and hungry — high ceiling, building toward it

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (for full-time employees)
  • Maternity & paternity leave (for full-time employees)
  • Short & long-term disability
  • Opportunity to learn from a dedicated leadership team
  • Top-of-the-line company swag
