Responsibilities

As the Facilities Operations Manager , will oversee the operations and maintenance support for the program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Receive and record all Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) work requests
Manage day to day operations and updates of the CMMS system
Execute a preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) program
Maintain prioritized schedules for OM&R
Initiate and manage "best practices" and process improvement
Measure work performance against established goals and standards
Catalog and maintain site drawings

Requirements

High School Diploma, Vocational School or Trade School Diploma.
Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role supporting global facilities maintenance programs.
Two (2) years of construction management experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft products (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project) and CMMS a plus.
