Job Summary

Own the in-person donor acquisition engine for nonprofit campaigns by turning conversations at events into monthly supporters and learning to optimize daily results on the floor.

In-person donor engagement at retail and community events to grow monthly giving base
Track and optimize daily campaign performance to improve conversations and conversions
Educate the public on mission impact to fuel meaningful donations and leadership development

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Engage face-to-face with the public at retail events and community campaigns
Educate individuals about each organization’s mission and community impact
Acquire new monthly supporters through meaningful conversations
Build strong communication and relationship-building skills
Participate in daily sales, marketing, and leadership development
Track daily performance and campaign results
Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performing team culture
