Responsibilities

• Provide Strategic Consulting and Decision Support: Provide strategic advice, business analysis, and decision-making basis to the CEO and management team.
• Participate in company strategy formulation: Participate in medium- and long-term development planning, business layout, and growth strategy design.
• Industry Research and Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, and output insightful reports.
• Drive Key Strategic Projects: Participate in or lead major projects (Mergers and Acquisitions, Transformation, Internationalization, etc.).
• Senior Management Communication and Coordination: Coordinate information and strategic consensus among the board of directors and senior management team.
• Business Problem Diagnosis and Optimization Recommendations: Identify operational, product, or organizational problems and propose solutions.
• Establish a Decision Support System: Build data analysis models and reporting mechanisms to improve the scientific nature of decision-making.
• External Resources and Relationship Management: Connect with external resources such as investors, advisory firms, and partners.
• Risk Assessment and Strategic Early Warning: Identify business risks in advance and propose corresponding strategies.
