Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Leadership and assist the broader leadership team as needed
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating with internal teams, creators, and clients
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, presentations, and briefing materials with attention to detail and alignment with our mission
• Organize and coordinate travel and event logistics for executives, clients, and campaign initiatives
• Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders — maintaining professionalism and discretion
• Support the preparation of client and campaign reports, decks, and talking points, often under tight deadlines
• Assist with planning and execution of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events that may include creators, advocacy groups, and policymakers
• Process expense reports and manage budgets for the executive office
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and identify ways to improve administrative processes and team efficiency

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role, ideally in a creative agency, policy, advocacy, or media environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable crafting professional correspondence and client-facing materials
• High level of discretion, especially when working with sensitive or confidential information
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; experience with tools like Slack, Monday, and project management platforms
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Passion for the intersection of digital culture, social impact, and policy is a plus.

Nice To Have

• Prior experience supporting leadership in an agency, advocacy organization, or policy-focused company
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, advocacy campaigns, or the legislative/policy landscape
