Job Summary

Own the US HCO strategy for GI with end-to-end responsibility for Omvoh launches and future Lilly GI offerings across UC/CD, shaping multi-channel engagement, payer alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption.

  • Own HCO strategy, multi-channel engagement, and payer-facing assets to accelerate Omvoh adoption in GI accounts.
  • Coordinate with Immunology and GI teams to build data-driven plans, track performance, and deliver value to National and Regional GI accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Gastroenterology HCO Strategy and Marketing Sr. Director will lead the US HCO strategy, marketing plan, and continual launch execution for Omvoh and other future Lilly GI offerings across IBD indications (UC and CD).
  • Define the marketing objectives, understanding the key players that drive HCO decisions (insights and jobs to be done), solutions development, channel mix, implementing strategy with HCO AMs, and measurement.
  • Partner with the broad US Immunology and GI team (HCP Marketing, Consumer, OTGS, Corporate Affairs, VEO, Payer, Medical Affairs) as well as Lilly USA HCO COE.
  • Develop and evolve Omvoh HCO market understanding in partnership with HCP market research and LVA market research
  • Create clear HCO Strategy to deliver upon with HCO customers that strategically ladders up to brand strategic intent
  • Lead National Account Strategy — partner with Brand, LV&A, and HCO Leadership to build a differentiated value story and solutions for National and Regional GI accounts
  • Partner with the US Payer team to ensure functionality of affordability solutions
  • Explore and assess Omnichannel opportunity with LVA HCO COE
  • Develop a robust HCO engagement strategy that incorporates multi-channel content and resources as well as customer facing activities involving HCO decision makers (Population Health, Service Line leaders, Gastroenterology stakeholders, Specialty Pharmacy, Medically Integrated Pharmacy)
  • Ensure all brand tactics are insight and data driven. Deliver against specific brand objectives aligned with Omvoh and overall Gastroenterology commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of Market Access, US Marketing, Global Marketing, Market Research, and/or commercial strategy experience
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Gastroenterology, IBD, or Immunology
  • People leadership experience
  • US Agile experience
  • Resilience and ability to manage through uncertainty, white space, and consistently changing environment
  • Influence with and without authority (one on one and group setting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and leadership skills with proven ability to drive decision making and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience translating key customer insights into key product requirements
  • Knowledge of external environmental trends and healthcare players
  • Ability to apply all Compliance Policies and Procedures (CPP) and Good Promotional Practices (GPP) in unstructured and fluid situations
  • Understanding of laws and regulations covering providers and payers
