Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage an annual calendar of events across venues and partners.
  • Manage digital and social media campaigns including live event coverage and influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee advertising across digital, social, print, and on-site signage.
  • Track event performance, attendance, and costs to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, General Manager, operations teams, and vendors to deliver successful events.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours during events.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
