Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution:
• - Assist with planning and coordinating CIVCO’s participation at industry conferences, trade shows, educational workshops, and internal meetings.
• - Support event logistics, including registration management, attendee communications, shipping, and on-site preparation.
• - Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
• - Collect and organize event feedback, metrics, and post-event reports.
• - Assist with post-event follow-up activities, including communications, lead management, and performance tracking.
• - Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to support event objectives.
• Marketing Operations:
• - Prepare, organize, and ship marketing materials, booth assets, and event supplies.
• - Assist with creating and distributing communications related to conferences, workshops, and company events.

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience:
• Candidates should be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in one of the following areas:
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Communications
• Management
• Sales
• Public Relations
