Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with planning timelines, production schedules, and detailed checklists
  • Coordinating vendors, suppliers, and partner communications
  • Supporting décor, branding elements, and setup logistics
  • Managing guest communications, RSVP tracking, and attendee coordination
  • Organizing materials, signage, and branded collateral
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content for social media when needed
  • Helping ensure every detail aligns with the overall creative vision
  • You’ll be involved from early brainstorming stages through final wrap-up — gaining real insight into how ideas move from concept to execution.

Requirements

  • 18+ and able to commute to downtown Columbus
  • Highly organized
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • A strong communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
  • Creative with sharp attention to detail
  • Flexible when projects require adjusted schedules

Preferred

  • Have experience in hospitality, marketing, PR, or campus organizations
  • Are confident using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or project management platforms
  • Enjoy content creation or working behind the scenes
