Job Summary

Drive and oversee on-site transport and setup of large event equipment across tour stops, coordinate with staff, and represent the brand at events.

  • Must-have: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and experience driving a box truck.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive a box truck to transport event equipment between tour locations (including long-distance routes)
  • Coordinate with team members on-site and assist with loading and unloading equipment
  • Support and help lead event setup and breakdown (includes physical labor; additional on-site support staff will be provided)
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging with attendees, distributing samples and promotional items, and delivering a positive brand experience
  • Ensure all equipment is safely packed, organized, and transported to the next destination
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting large event equipment/set-up between tour stops, overseeing on-site execution, assisting with setup and breakdown, and representing our client at events.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in experiential marketing, events, or promotions preferred
  • Experience working with QSR brands/food sampling is a plus
  • Comfortable driving a box truck and traveling long distances
  • Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs regularly
  • Physically capable of working long hours on your feet in an active environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and personable
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and travel
  • Mature, dependable, and able to make sound decisions independently
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with the public
  • Valid driver’s license required

Preferred

  • Experience working with QSR brands/food sampling is a plus
