Job Summary

Own on-site event activation for basketball demos, driving signups and rental opportunities while shaping participant engagement and content capture.

Event presence: run interactive basketball games, explain challenges, sign up players, and capture photos.
Conversion focus: talk to participants about rental opportunities and cultivate interest for future bookings.
Measurement and growth: gather user-generated content, boost social traction, and feed rental pipeline for Milwaukee-area events.

Responsibilities

Run our interactive basketball games at events, explain how our challenges work, take photos, manage setup and breakdown, sign up players, and talk to event participants about rental opportunities for their own events.

Requirements

Prior event experience is required.
Sales background is a big plus—if you're good at it, you can pick up more hours and grow into a sales role with us.
