Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of experiential marketing activations, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain key production documents, including project timelines, creative decks, run-of-show schedules, creative assets lists, and production sheets.
  • Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure compliance with company and vendor requirements.
  • Maintain and oversee working budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and cost efficiencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and ensuring successful execution of deliverables.
  • Lead and contribute to creative ideation, working closely with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative experiential concepts.
  • Coach, mentor, and train Experiential Marketing Coordinators, ensuring their professional growth and effectiveness in supporting production needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and overall project execution.
  • Troubleshoot any on-site production challenges and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in vendor management, budget tracking, and production logistics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for bringing brand experiences to life.
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed for event execution.
