Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Leo's satellite launch viewing hospitality program, managing launch viewing events with executive customers, partners, regulators, media, and internal stakeholders
  • Define and evolve the launch event experience, including guest targeting, content programming, meeting facilitation, hospitality, and post-event engagement
  • Develop measurement frameworks that connect launch event activities to business outcomes including lead generation, stakeholder engagement scores, and sales acceleration
  • Manage all launch event logistics including guest registration, security clearance coordination, vendor management, on-site event support, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide operational backbone support across Leo's global event portfolio, including opening purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and project managing day-to-day logistics to enable team velocity
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with PR, Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives and brand standards
  • Implement and manage event technology to optimize attendee experience and data capture
  • Manage event budgets and vendor contracts, making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
