Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of industry and owned events, aligning programs to North American go-to-market priorities and customer acquisition goals.
  • Develop and execute integrated event strategies, including pre- and post-event campaigns, leveraging ABM approaches, targeted audience development, and coordinated outreach across channels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of target industries and customer needs to ensure event messaging and positioning resonate with key audiences.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BDR, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure events are tightly aligned with pipeline generation, account engagement, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact event experiences managing internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery.
  • Contribute to creation of the North American annual plan through identification of the right mix of event formats (third-party, hosted, executive, and field events…) to effectively engage target segments and industries.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize event performance using pipeline contribution, ROI, and attendee insights; translate learnings into scalable improvements across programs.
  • Event ownership & execution: Owns end-to-end execution of complex events with high attention to detail.
  • Strong project management; manages multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Ensures reliable delivery across logistics, content, and experience.
  • Anticipates risks and ensures execution quality under pressure.
  • Integrated event strategy: Builds integrated event programs aligned to demand generation and field marketing goals.
  • Understands events as part of the full customer journey (awareness → pipeline → expansion).
  • Connects pre-, during-, and post-event activity (including ABM, sales follow-up, and outreach).
  • Designs cohesive experiences across multiple event formats.
  • Commercial impact & optimization: Focused on pipeline, acquisition, and revenue outcomes from events.
  • Uses data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
  • Tracks ROI, pipeline contribution, and engagement quality.
  • Continuously iterates formats and execution based on results.
  • Stakeholder management & alignment: Strong cross-functional partner to Sales, BDR, Partnerships, and Marketing.
