Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Assist with planning and executing promotional marketing campaigns, fundraising events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • - Support event logistics, including setup, displays, promotional materials, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
  • - Engage professionally with community members, donors, event attendees, and customers.
  • - Communicate campaign messaging to increase community awareness and supporter engagement.
  • - Distribute promotional materials and assist with outreach activities.
  • - Track campaign performance, event participation, and customer engagement metrics.
  • - Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • - Share creative ideas to improve event experiences, outreach efforts, and community engagement.
  • - Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and event participation.
  • - Represent client brands, nonprofit organizations, and community partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is welcomed but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, nonprofit organizations, events, marketing, public relations, communications, sales, or administrative support is a plus—but not required
