Job Summary

Own in-person brand presence at retail and events, turning foot traffic into qualified interest and next-step signups.

  • Event ownership: Represent client brands at retail promotions and local events, engage customers with offers, and drive next steps.
  • Experience and education: Provide product info, answer questions, and create a positive brand experience.
  • Team and targets: Support event setup and work with teammates to hit daily and weekly performance goals.

  • Represent client brands at retail promotions and local marketing events
  • Engage with customers and introduce current offers and promotions
  • Provide basic information about products and services
  • Answer customer questions and help create a positive brand experience
  • Assist interested customers with the next steps in the process
  • Support event setup and maintain a professional presentation
  • Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation to local event and retail locations
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Entry-level; no prior marketing experience required
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
