Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of events—from initial brief through execution and post-event wrap-up—across live, hybrid, and experiential formats.
  • Transform client goals into compelling, immersive experiences that drive engagement and connection.
  • Lead budgets, timelines, and production plans, making smart decisions to maximize value and quality.
  • Manage all event logistics, including registration, travel, accommodations, venue coordination, and on-site operations.
  • Take the lead on-site, ensuring seamless delivery, strong client relationships, and exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Measure success through performance metrics and insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and freelance talent to deliver best-in-class work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing meetings, conferences, or complex event programs—ideally in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • A proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, vendors, and fast-moving timelines without compromising quality.

Preferred

  • Experience with large-scale events, experiential activations, or corporate meetings.
  • Background in agency environments or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Exposure to industries such as technology, automotive, or B2B events.
  • Familiarity with trends in experiential marketing, attendee engagement, and event technology.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CMP).
