Job Summary

Own end-to-end luxury event production for fashion and home design with a strong NYC vendor network, delivering immersive, on-site experiences within budget and timeline constraints.

Own the concept through on-site rollout, coordinating decor, lighting, AV, signage, catering and guest flow.
Lead vendor sourcing, production timelines, run of show, staff planning and day-of troubleshooting.
Drive client updates and show concepts in meetings while maintaining budget discipline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conceptualize engaging and innovative event ideas for fashion / home design audience
Source and manage NYC-based vendors and production partners
Build and manage production timeline, run of show, and on-site staffing plan
Collaborate with decor / installation company on immersive physical event design
Coordinate décor, lighting, AV, signage, catering, check-in, photography, and guest flow
Manage day-of/on-site execution, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
Lead client meetings and present event concepts and updates

Requirements

Based in New York City with strong local vendor relationships in art, fashion and home decor events
Background in fashion, interiors, home décor, design, or luxury/lifestyle events
Proven experience managing polished, high-touch brand events
Strong creative judgment and practical production discipline
Comfortable working independently and within a defined budget
Mandarin language skills are preferred but not required
Hours : Part-time 10 Hrs per week
Location : must be NYC based
Availability : Must be fully available week of Sept 14-18. (those are event dates in NYC)

Preferred

Experience working with designers, showrooms, stylists, fabricators, AV, florals, catering, photographers, and venue teams is important
