Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for each event
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure seamless execution
• Communicating with Store Manger to assess upcoming product purchases
• Manage event marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and maximize attendance
• Oversee on-site event setup, operation, and breakdown while ensuring quality standards are met
• Handle event inquiries with professionalism and hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain clear communication with clients, Store Manager and staff throughout the planning process
• Assiting with retail support as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning and management across diverse settings such as banquet halls, hotels, or restaurants
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
• Superior time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of event management software and documentation tools for efficient coordination
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with team and customers
• Organizational skills that ensure smooth logistics from start to finish
• Background in hotel or restaurant operations is a plus for understanding guest expectations
• Experience in fundraising or guest services enhances your ability to create engaging events that foster community connections
• Experience with Trading Card Games and Trading Card Game organized play events is highly desired

• Expertise in event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote brand visibility
