Responsibilities

• Greet and engage event attendees face-to-face in a friendly, energetic manner
• Represent the brand professionally at events, promotions, and activations
• Engage attendees in meaningful, in-person conversations to spark interest
• Present products, services, and promotions through direct face-to-face interaction
• Recommend products and offers that fit attendee needs and drive engagement
• Promote loyalty programs, memberships, and special offers on-site
• Set up, organize, and maintain event spaces, displays, and materials
• Build positive connections that drive interest and repeat engagement
• Support the event team with on-the-ground tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging people in face-to-face conversations
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a people-first attitude
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or be on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work events on varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Previous experience in events, promotions, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
