Join Our Team as a Entry Level Project Coordinator Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in project management and coordination. Responsibilities Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects. Create and maintain project documentation including project plans and schedules. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and documentation of minutes. Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularly. Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
