Job Summary

Own the end to end promotion and event program, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, vendors, and guests while tracking impact and staying ahead of industry moves that influence guest experiences.

  • Growth/Experience Ownership: Manage promotions and events from planning through execution and post event evaluation with cross functional alignment.
  • Operations & Compliance: Maintain inventories, files, checklists, and standard operating procedures to ensure on schedule delivery and regulatory adherence.
  • Vendor & Guest Focus: Coordinate with external agencies, ensure high quality guest experiences, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Own the planning and execution of promotions and events while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and guest experiences to drive guest satisfaction and promotional impact.

  • Responsibilities: Assists and coordinates diverse marketing functions encompassing promotions and events, alongside the development of support materials including collateral, signage, and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Supports the development, coordination, and execution of retail promotions, direct mail campaigns, and events targeting the retail audience.
  • Responsibilities: Contributes to planning and executing VIP events, involving event preparation, effective communication with internal teams and external vendors, and successful implementation of promotional aspects.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
  • Must be fluent and literate in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc).
  • Effective communication skills with external agencies, vendors, customers, and employees across all levels.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move around the property for the duration of shifts, with or without accommodations.
  • Ability to tolerate conditions including second-hand smoke, varying noise, temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
  • Collaboration aptitude, fostering teamwork within the department and with other divisions for successful property and corporate initiatives.
  • Compliance with all department, company, regulatory, and governmental requirements.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

Preferred

  • Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
