Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating internal marketing projects and promotional initiatives that support company services.
• Support the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and informational resources.
• Conduct basic market research and organize relevant business and customer information.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to marketing activities.
• Assist with coordinating schedules, meetings, and timelines for marketing and business development initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, brochures, and other business materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, documents, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
