Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers at promotional events and community activations
• Share information about featured products, services, and current marketing campaigns
• Answer questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support
• Help create a positive, interactive experience for event attendees
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and campaign organization
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish
• Build brand awareness through face-to-face customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and client objectives
• Maintain a polished, professional image while representing the company

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, events, or other customer-facing positions is beneficial, but not required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
