Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services at assigned retail locations.
• Engage customers through face-to-face conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Assist interested customers with the enrollment or purchasing process.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of both clients and the company.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
