Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency.
• Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and internal resources.
• Assist with basic social media content scheduling and monitoring under team guidance.
• Help prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and promotional communications.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and content updates.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred
