Job Summary
Build the in-store frontline by turning everyday shopper interactions into leads and sales, while shaping brand representation and customer care on the floor.
- Direct consumer engagement and education on promotions in retail to spark interest and drive conversion.
- Own consumer relations touchpoints from initial contact to follow-up, ensuring a positive experience.
- Represent marketing campaigns on the ground and coordinate with sales to convert leads into revenue.

Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions within the retail sector
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Act as a point person for all consumer relations
- Generate leads and drive SALES
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
