Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
• Represent client brands and nonprofit organizations at promotional events, marketing activations, and community outreach campaigns
• Engage with customers, supporters, and event attendees in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Support brand awareness campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and experiential marketing events
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions regarding products, services, and campaigns
• Assist with event logistics, promotional activities, and team coordination
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and event objectives
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs
• Help drive customer acquisition, fundraising efforts, and community engagement initiatives
