Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with school districts, educational organizations, healthcare providers, and community referral sources throughout New Jersey.
  • Promote Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare's services through outreach, networking, presentations, and community engagement events.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, referral sources, and business opportunities.
  • Generate and nurture referrals while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and recommend outreach strategies.
  • Represent Neuropath at conferences, provider fairs, school events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and operations teams to support successful partnership implementation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activities, referral tracking, and monthly performance reports.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Neuropath's services, mission, and value proposition.
  • Travel throughout New Jersey to cultivate partnerships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout New Jersey.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for networking events and conferences.
  • Ability to professionally represent Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare at all times.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to meet business development goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Successfully complete all required State and Federal background checks.
