Job Summary
Own frontline customer-facing marketing and sales work for Frontier/Verizon offerings, guiding shoppers from awareness to enrollment while solving service issues and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Brand & customer experience: engage, explain plans, and build rapport to convert interest into enrollments.
- Solution guidance & enrollment: recommend fits, assist with setup, and ensure smooth activation.
- Knowledge & support: stay current on offerings and resolve billing/service inquiries with patience.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote Frontier and Verizon's telecommunications services to increase brand recognition and drive sales
- Engage directly with customers to promote and explain available services, plans and promotions
- Help customers choose appropriate telecommunications solutions by recommending solutions that best fit their needs and lifestyle
- Assist with new customer enrollments and service set up
- Deliver outstanding brand experiences by remaining professional, transparent and clear while establishing a genuine rapport with the customer
- Resolve billing, account, and service-related inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frontier’s latest technology and offerings as well as the new acquisition between Verizon and Frontier that occurred earlier this year
