Responsibilities

• Represent clients at community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and public engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with community members through friendly, professional interactions.
• Educate the public about client programs, services, and community initiatives.
• Support customer engagement and outreach campaigns that increase community awareness.
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and marketing materials.
• Track outreach activities and provide campaign feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and engagement goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image while representing client organizations.
• Help create exceptional experiences that strengthen community relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, marketing, or community outreach is a plus—but not required.
• Full-time availability.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to community events.
