This is a hands-on role designed for individuals who want to build commercial experience, develop client-facing skills, and grow within a performance-based environment. You will represent essential connectivity services, including: Residential high-speed internet Streaming and cable television packages Mobile phone services Bundled home service solutions Promotional upgrade packages for existing customers Daily Responsibilities Represent telecommunications services at in-store promotional sites Educate customers on available packages and limited-time offers Assist customers with new account setup and service transfers Support existing customers with upgrades and add-on features Maintain accurate enrollment documentation Monitor daily and weekly sales goals Participate in sales coaching and performance development sessions This role blends sales, account support, and customer guidance.
