Job Summary

Own the orchestration of internal email and digital comms, ensuring clear, accessible messaging, consistent branding, and timely delivery across channels through editorial reviews, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Ownership: Email communications development, scheduling, and platform maintenance across internal audiences.
  • Workflow: Editorial reviews, approval processes, and coordinated delivery for key initiatives.
  • Ops: Tracking tasks, templates, audience lists, and audits to sustain messaging consistency.

Job Description

  • Email communications development and execution
  • Assists in the development, editing, and distribution of internal email communications for senior leadership, which may include the Office of the President and President’s Cabinet
  • Reviews and edits communications materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with established editorial and brand standards
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the preparation and delivery of email communications
  • Supports review and approval workflows to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with organizational messaging
  • Digital communications platform support
  • Maintains email communication tools and systems, including updating distribution lists, audience groups, and user access within established platforms
  • Assists with scheduling and coordinating email communications using the university distribution calendar
  • Supports efforts to align messaging schedules and maintain consistency across internal communications
  • Communications operations and coordination
