Job Description

Email communications development and execution
Assists in the development, editing, and distribution of internal email communications for senior leadership, which may include the Office of the President and President’s Cabinet
Reviews and edits communications materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with established editorial and brand standards
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the preparation and delivery of email communications
Supports review and approval workflows to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with organizational messaging
Digital communications platform support
Maintains email communication tools and systems, including updating distribution lists, audience groups, and user access within established platforms
Assists with scheduling and coordinating email communications using the university distribution calendar
Supports efforts to align messaging schedules and maintain consistency across internal communications
Communications operations and coordination
