Job Summary

Own admissions communications operations across email, events, and partnerships, with focus on timely, personalized messaging and collateral that spans from recruitment events to yield communications.

  • Own the communications calendar and SLA for admissions messaging across applicants, admits, and yield journeys.
  • Coordinate partnerships and vendor deliverables, tracking performance and reporting to the director.
  • Support content creation and collateral production, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communications Support
  • Build and schedule Slate email campaigns for applicants, admits, and incoming students (reminders, yield messages, onboarding updates).
  • Assist in drafting and updating templates for applicant and yield communications.
  • Check outgoing communications for accuracy, personalization, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Support admit and yield communication execution under the direction of the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications.
  • Partnership & Vendor Coordination
  • Manage contract logistics and vendor coordination for recruitment/event partnerships (renewals, invoicing, deliverables) in collaboration with the Director and Associate Director.
  • Coordinate with recruitment/event partners on timelines, asset delivery, specs, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Track recruitment partnership deliverables and performance metrics; prepare summary reports for the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications and the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and five years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure outcomes and implement improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM -based communications (Slate strongly preferred).

Preferred

  • Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., Banner).
  • Experience with digital engagement tools (chatbots, pop-ups, landing pages).
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication best practices relevant to enrollment operations.
