What You'll Do We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist who will support operations critical to the success of the Team.Shop platform. This involves day-to-day operations, development testing, research and reporting, and large-scale project support. The Team.Shop business is set to scale, and this individual will be a key player in the success and overall effectiveness of the platform. Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Support day-to-day operations on Team.Shop, ensuring users’ needs are met, and time-sensitive requests are completed. Conduct functional testing of new features, releases, and fixes to validate quality before deployment. Partner with the Product Owner to set up clear and concise requests to developers, maximizing sprint work efficiency. Assist in platform migration activities, including data validation, environment testing, and process documentation. Support Product Setup needs as we release new products to the field. Monitor site performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively. Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams (manufacturing, customer support, marketing) to ensure key-stakeholders’ needs are met. Maintain product catalog accuracy, including SKU setup, pricing updates, and inventory checks. Execute on marketings needs, utilizing a CMS tool to promote new product and sale periods. Build and report out on KPIs, utilizing internal data metrics. Continuously self-educate on all e-commerce platforms, SAP, and web analytics tools. What We're Looking For This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field. We are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of work experience with at least one year of online operations experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Other Qualifications Include Proven leader, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of handling both tactical and strategic assignments Strong cross functional collaborator, innovative problem solver and ability to work well under pressure Passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience Proven experience working in a large-scale eCommerce business Experience using leading eCommerce, CMS and personalization platforms Ability to interpret and leverage site analytics to drive improvements to KPIs Strong organizational skills; detailed oriented Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to be successful in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines Dedication to timely responses towards business users Openness to collaboration with various peers, on a daily cadence Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite What We’ll Provide A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.
